The police operation coded "Delusion" is finalized, for clarifying the circumstances of the murder of the 32-year-old woman, who was found dead under the Dajlani bridge, yesterday morning.

They killed the 32-year-old woman with a cutting tool (knife), after a conflict with her for weak motives, in the place where the dead body was found, the 2 suspected perpetrators were identified in record time, caught and put in handcuffs.

3 citizens who were present during the event are being prosecuted for not reporting the crime.

From the investigative actions, it was found that the 32-year-old woman, the 2 perpetrators of the murder and the 3 prosecuted citizens, were under the influence of narcotics during the incident that took place under the Dajlani bridge.

The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Serious Crimes, of the Durres Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the Durres Prosecutor's Office, have continued the in-depth investigative actions to clarify the circumstances of the loss of life of the 32-year-old LP citizen, whose body was found under the Dajlani bridge, yesterday, around 10:35.

As a result of the investigative actions carried out within the coded police operation "Delusion", it became possible to clarify the circumstances of this event, identify, capture and handcuff its 2 suspected perpetrators in record time.

Following these actions, citizens AB, 22 years old, resident of Lushnjë and YG, 45 years old, resident of Durrës, were arrested for the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder", committed in collaboration.

From the in-depth investigations carried out immediately after the event, it turned out that around 01:00 on 02.08.2023, under the bridge of Dajlan, Durrës, the 32-year-old woman had a conflict with the citizens AB and YG, for weak motives (after they consumed substances narcotic cocaine, together with BS, MM and a 15-year-old girl). During the conflict, AB and YG citizens hit the LP citizen with a cutting tool (knife), who as a result lost her life in the place where her body was found.

Also, for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the citizens BS, 28 years old, MM, 26 years old, and for the 15-year-old woman, for the criminal offense of "Disobedience of the crime", since they were present during the event. but none of them reported to the Police.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions.
