The court of Vlora has ordered the security measure of detention in prison for Rei Meta. The 33-year-old is accused of manslaughter. The young man killed the construction businessman, Armando Meshau. There was a physical confrontation between the two at an Internet center.

The victim, 55-year-old Meshau, was sitting at one of the internet cafe's computers, while the perpetrator was standing close to him. Initially, they argued verbally, while at one point, Meshau stood up and punched young Rei Meta.

The latter reacted with several consecutive blows. As a result, Meshau fell on the chair and hit his head on one of the tables. This was fatal for him.

The conflict that took Meshaut's life is suspected to have the background of disputes over the ownership of an apartment in a building that the victim had built.

This has been confirmed by the author himself, Rei Meta. To the police, the young man stated, among other things, that he had no intention of killing the 55-year-old and that his death was accidental.

The 33-year-old is the son of the Member of the High Prosecution Council, Nurihan Seiti.

Meanwhile, the complete file of the murder of builder Armando Meshau by Rei Mata has been revealed.

The latter, according to his testimony, has shown that he had gone to Vlora to meet a friend of his and there he had met the victim, where he had invited him for coffee, but the latter had refused him, saying that "he had work ".

Rei Meta: Let's have a coffee and talk about the contract we have.

Armando Meshau: We have nothing to talk about together.

Rei Meta: We have the contract that I have to get a property.

Armand Meshau : Get out of the way, it doesn't do me any good.

Rei Meta: Let's sit down and talk and deal with trials, let's talk.

Afterwards, Meshau ran away to an internet cafe, where he continued the debate.

Rei Meta: I paid you for the service, I want the documents.

Armando Meshau : Not with me these conversations

Rei Meta: Talk to me a little more calmly because there are other people around who don't know us.

Armando Meshau : Do you really have it?

There was also one of the witnesses at the scene who confirmed that the argument between them was about property. Referring to the file, Meta, after punching him, left the scene, but surrendered to the Police after learning that Meshau had passed away.

"I signed an entrepreneurial contract as a commission to find a plot of land in Radhima, where Armando would build, while I would be rewarded with a 60 m2 apartment and in return I would give Armando 7,000 euros", Meta testified.

According to him, the contract was made in 2020, and in the meantime, even though the palace was built, Armando had not given him "what he was entitled to".
