While Nuredin Dumani had closed a preliminary conversation held on "SKY" with Ervis Martinaj, who asked him to kill Indri Dokles, the repentant SPAK also showed the real figure that he initially asked the gambling businessman, Ervis Martinaj .

During the conversation, Martinaj had given Duman a free hand to set the price, and starting from this situation in the second conversation, Duman proposed to Vis that if he wanted the murder of Indri Dokles, he should pay 1 million euros.

"Ora News" has learned that the man who at that time controlled gambling, did not accept this offer. According to Duman, Martinaj seemed relatively high and after discussions, both Martinaj and Duman have settled on the 500,000 euro quota to kill Indrit Doklen.

In the death contract made between two people from the world of crime, Martinaj undertook to pay a caper of 100,000 euros and not 300,000 euros that Duman requested in advance.

The cap of 100,000 euros was taken by Rrahim Dumani and then sent to Kosovo to Nuredin Dumani.

This monetary value, as Dumani expressed, should serve to warm the chunas, who would be activated to monitor and kill Dokle.

At the same time, Martinaj took it upon himself to collect information about Dokle's movements and to inform Duman.

But this agreement stipulated that Martinaj would help Dumani with information on the movements of the State Police, RENEA and the investigation structures, in order that Dumani, at that time wanted, would not be arrested.

Even in one case, Dumani says that Vis had sent to "SKY" a SHISH document with "Screen Shot", which talked about his location and the organization that was being carried out for his arrest by the Police.

It was with this car that on January 18, 2021, Elvin Mërlika, Fredi Xhixha, Aleks Xhixha and another person traveled to Kosovo, where they had the first meeting to meet Dumani, with the aim of concluding the contract for the murder of Dokle.

As he had met with these people and had a direct conversation with Ervis Martinaj, the repentant Dumani says that after some time, he contacted Elvin Mërlikaj again, to whom he told them if they were still interested in Dokle's hit.

"...I communicated with Eli on "Sky Chat". They told me that of course they were interested. I told you I was ready and I have the man to ambush Indri Doklen. Actually I had done nothing but I just wanted to get the money.

He told me: "...Keep giving direction...".

I told him: "...in order to give him direction, the bags need to be warmed up a bit and I didn't have any money...".

Then we started shopping, where I first asked him for the amount of 1,000,000 Euros. Ervis, did not agree to this amount and told me that it was too much. We negotiated the bargain and eventually agreed that Ervis would give me the sum of 500,000 Euros for me to carry out the murder.

After we agreed on the amount, I asked for an advance of 300,000 Euros. It seemed a lot to Vis, and after negotiations we finally agreed to give me an advance of 100,000 Euros. I would get the other amount after the job was done.

After a few days of this conversation, Elvin Mërlika (Eli) wrote to me on the phone and told me that he gave the money to Fredi Žiža. Eli also told me that he gave Fred his phone so he could talk to me.

Then I communicated with a "Sky" phone that I had left at home to contact the family and they notified my uncle's son, whose name is Rrahim Dumani. I asked the people of the house on "Sky" to go and meet Rrahimi, as I wanted to talk to him.

After a while, Rrahimi came to my house and I connected with him on the "Sky" phone. I asked him to go all the way to Vora and pick up an order of mine. He agreed but told me to make sure it wasn't illegal.

I told him that it is a few lek without telling him the amount. The beating went out to a gas station in Vora, where he met Fred, who gave him the amount of money. They didn't talk to each other at all, but Fred simply gave the money to Rahim.

I want to add that initially Rrahimi went with an "Audi" vehicle owned by his family. At the moment Rrahimi is at the gas station, he sent me a photo and I communicated directly with Fred, to whom I gave the information about where Rrahimi was with the "Audi". Both Rrahimi and Fred confirmed to me that Rrahimi took the money.

After receiving the money, Rrahimi went to Durrës. After a few days, at my request, Rrahimi came to Kosovo by bus and met me at the house where I lived at that time in Gjilan. He stayed one night at my house. The beating gave me the money, which I did not open in his presence.

The next day Rrahimi left. The money that Ervis sent me was all 50 Euro denominations.

After that, Ervis wrote to me from time to time on the phone asking me how things were, that Dokle was moving around Tirana. I always found some excuse. Ervis, he had information about Indrit's movements and from time to time with informants. He did not send me a photo.

I haven't actually taken any action to kill Indrit Dokle. Ervis did not ask me to return the money back.

I want to tell a case when I asked Ervis for help to pass my wife and reeds to Kosovo for me at customs without registering them in the system.

This really happened and it is about two cases, one in February 2021, and the second time at the end of 2021. I don't know how the woman and the toads were not registered.

Also, Ervis from time to time informed me about the efforts that were being made to arrest me.
