Saranda police have criminally prosecuted the managers of the two premises, after placing loud music outside the permitted overtime in the resort town.

Police also say music equipment was seized on the two subjects.

Police announcement:

They are found as a result of night patrols, and two other cases of acoustic pollution are hit.

Criminally, the managers of two establishments in the city and on the coast, who by playing loud music in these environments, were made a concern for citizens and for vacationers.

The equipment that generated the music was sequestration.

As a result of the inspections carried out during the evening and during the night, the services of the Saranda Police Commissioner, in various subjects in the urban and coastal area, to verify the implementation of the law on curfew and the level of music, 2 other cases of illegalities in this area have been found and struck.

For these cases, materials were referred to the Prosecution Office where the proceedings in a free state for managers of 2 premises, citizens F.F., 38 years old, resident in Tirana and R. Z., 41, resident in Saranda, for the criminal offense "Disturbing public tranquility".

Also, the police have seized in the quality of the material proof the equipment that generated the music.

The procedurale materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Saranda, for further action.
