Vangjush Dako was left in prison this Thursday by the Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime.

The former mayor of Durrës is accused of abuse of office. Immediately after the hearing, which lasted almost 5 hours, he was sent to Durrës detention.

Since Wednesday afternoon, when he was handcuffed, he was kept in the Tirana Police.

Dako is in the same place as Lefter Koka and the former MP of the SP, Alqi Blako, reports "BW".

Dako has been at the head of the Durrës Municipality for 12 years.
