The Criminal Court of Kosovo has sentenced the two organizers of a criminal group, who managed to steal 15 million euros from Europeans through Call Center fraud, to a total of 23 years in prison.

The Black Platoons sentenced Jusel Mici to 12 years in prison and his accomplice Mendim Domi to 11 years in prison.

The trio of judges, Etleva Deda, Flora Hajredinaj and Rudina Palloj, on June 17, also decided to confiscate 14 properties owned by Mic and Dom.

1. The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has submitted to the Court the request with the subject: "Sending to court the criminal case pertaining to criminal proceedings no. 166, of 2021, against the defendants Jusel Mici and Mendim Domi".

2. The trial of this case was conducted under the rules of summary trial. At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of judges Etleva Deda, Flora Hajredinaj and Rudina Palloj, with decision No. 42, dated 17.06.2025, decided:

1. The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Jusel Mici for committing the criminal offense of "Computer Fraud", to the detriment of several persons, committed in collaboration, in the form of a structured criminal group, provided for by articles 143/b/2 and 334 point 1 of the Criminal Code, and his sentence to 11 (eleven) years of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Jusel Mici for committing the criminal offense of "Structured criminal group", provided for by Article 333/a/1 of the Criminal Code and his sentence to 3 (three) years of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Jusel Mici for committing the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", in collaboration, provided for by Article 287, paragraph two, of the Criminal Code, and his sentence to 7 (seven) years of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Jusel Mici for committing the criminal offense of "Hiding Income", as provided for in Article 180/1 of the Criminal Code, and his sentence to 3 (three) months imprisonment.

Based on Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the combination of the sentences given into a single sentence of 12 (twelve) years of imprisonment.

In application of Article 406 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the sentence was reduced by 1/3, ultimately sentencing him to 8 (eight) years in prison.

Based on Article 15 of Law No. 81/2020 "On the rights and treatment of prisoners and detainees", the defendant Jusel Mici shall serve his sentence in a high-security prison.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Mendim Domi for committing the criminal offense of "Computer Fraud", to the detriment of several persons, committed in collaboration, in the form of a structured criminal group, provided for by articles 143/b/2 and 334 point 1 of the Criminal Code, and his sentence to 10 (ten) years and 6 (six) months of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Mendim Domi for committing the criminal offense of "Structured criminal group", provided for by Article 333/a/2 of the Criminal Code and his sentence to 2 (two) years of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Mendim Domi for committing the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", in

collaboration, provided for by Article 287, paragraph two of the Criminal Code and his sentence of 7 (seven) years of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Mendim Domi for committing the criminal offense of "Hiding income", as provided for in Article 180/1 of the Criminal Code, and his sentence to 3 (three) months imprisonment.

5. An appeal against the decision is allowed within the legal deadline, to the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.
