The investigative group investigating the serious incident inside the Special Court in Tirana has questioned the police officers who were in the same cage where the Bushgjoka brothers attacked their collaborator, Petrit Çakri (Hoxha).

Arjan Canaj, Albert Gjoni, Ilir Demollari, as informed by reliable sources from the investigative group, have claimed that the attack by the three Bushgjoka brothers was immediate.

The officers explained that during the closed-door hearing where the four arrested were placed in the same glass cage, citizen Petrit Çakri submitted a request to postpone the trial and at this moment one of the brothers insulted the injured party.

They heard that Petriti had also cursed him at the same time, and at this moment the three Bushgjokaj brothers got up and punched him, the prison police officers claim.

Despite the intervention of prison officers, Çakr's physical injuries are such that they are classified as minor injuries committed in collaboration. Police officers intervened and isolated the three Bushgjokaj brothers.

On the other hand, prison authorities also inform Anila Hoxha that they have received the report of the injured party Petrit Çakri, who, after medical assistance, has been provided with forensic expertise that determines the extent of the injuries that occurred in the Special Court room during the two-month investigation into the four arrested suspects for the kidnapping and murder of Reni Dobra.

The Bushgjokaj brothers were also questioned, with Kristi Bushgjoka stating that he shot first after Çakri insulted one of his brothers.

The incident occurred a few days ago and, as reported by the parties present in the courtroom, Çakri was brutally raped after the three brothers suspected that he had decided to speak out and they accused him of aggravating their position, while since the arrest, each of the three brothers denies involvement in the kidnapping and murder of Renis Dobra that occurred last year.
