VIDEO: Protesters surround SP MP, Ardit Bido: O thief (The police save him)

Unlike the rest of the Socialist MPs who left immediately, Ardit Bido did not intend to leave the Parliament immediately after the plenary session, where hundreds of protesters gathered calling for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Protesters surrounded the SP MP in the Vlora area, Ardit Bido, shouting: "You thief!"

Bido 'confronted' them by asking them what he stole from them.

The situation then became tense as many people approached him, leading to police intervention to remove him from the crowd.

A protester was also neutralized by police after he attempted to go after the officers who were escorting Bido.
