A 20-year-old Albanian tragically lost his life after jumping into a river in Austria.

The police suspect that the young man could be involved in illegal activities, as he sped away in his vehicle when the police signaled him to stop in Germany.

He crossed the border with the car, which is suspected to be stolen. The 20-year-old collided with a police car and then fled on foot. He jumped into the river thinking he was going to swim, but there he lost consciousness.

The Albanian was taken to the hospital by helicopter, but it was too late to keep him alive.
