The Tirana Prosecution Office requests the dismissal of the case against lawyer Ulian Bajrami. The investigation against him is related to the event that occurred on October 17, 2025 in the city of Elbasan.

"The Tirana Prosecutor's Office requests the dismissal of the criminal proceeding case no. 7882, registered for the criminal offenses 'Threat due to duty', 'opposing and striking a judge' and 'threat against a judge' against citizen Ulian Bajrami for the event registered on 17.10.2025 in Elbasan," the Prosecutor's Office announced.

Lawyer Ulian Bajrami was arrested in October last year after allegations that he had threatened a prosecutor during a hearing at the Elbasan Court.

He was arrested by police in the courtroom on several charges, including "threatening in the course of duty" and "obstructing the judge," but was released two days later after the prosecution decided that the conditions for further detention were not met.
