The Special Court has not accepted the request of Ahmet Masha, an associate of former socialist MP Jurgis Çyrbja, for the relaxation of the security measure.
The judge in the case, Erjon Bani, upheld the decision given on October 20, 2024, a date that coincides with the hearing for the assessment of the security measure at the GJKKO.
The same request from Masha was not accepted by the Supreme Court in Thursday's session, which decided to dismiss the appeal filed by the latter against the decision given by the first instance and the Special Appeal.
