Execution of Ardian Nikulaj, murderer Ruben Saraiva sent for trial

The Lezha Court has accepted the prosecution's request and sent Portuguese Ruben Saraiva, accused of the murder of businessman Ardian Nikulaj in Shëngjin, to trial.

The decision was made by Judge Renis Sheshi and the Portuguese will now face trial for the criminal offenses of intentional homicide for profit under Articles 78/2 and 25 of the Criminal Code and illegal possession of weapons under Article 278/1 of the Criminal Code.

According to the Court, there appears to be sufficient evidence to prosecute these crimes.
