VoxNews has obtained footage of two former directors of the Tirana Municipality from the cage in Court.

In the video sent to the VoxNews editorial office, Mariglen Qato and Redi Molla are seen , accused of being collaborators in a corruption and money laundering scheme carried out through the company 5 D Konstruksion.

According to SPAK, it has been proven that in the capacity of the former general director of the Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company sh.a., as well as Mariglen Qato , they were the "de facto" owners of the 5D Konstruksion sh.pk company.

According to the SPAK file, Molla and Qato indirectly owned it and used it to illegally collect public funds and launder money.

During the time that Molla headed UKT, the company 5D Konstruksion sh.pk participated and was declared the winner in violation of public procurement rules in 7 tenders.
