A shocking story was featured today on the show "With an Open Heart" on News24, where a woman living in extreme conditions is facing serious threats to her life.

The call for help came from her cousin, who contacted the editorial office to share the great distress she is experiencing.

According to the story, the woman suffers from mental health problems and lives alone in a dilapidated building, without food, water, or help from anyone.

Her parents have passed away, and the situation has been worsened by the violence she has suffered from her brothers, who also suffer from mental health problems. They are currently hospitalized in the psychiatric hospital in Vlora.

She said that the woman slept in the apartment with her mother's corpse for about 10 days, while she was also a victim of sexual and physical abuse by her brothers.

Her story is a call for urgent intervention by institutions and society, to provide her with the necessary help and support.
