15-year-old Fatjon Bici was stabbed to death by a peer on May 16, 2023 in Gramsh. He intervened to protect his cousin, who was ambushed by 4 minors, but was stabbed in the heart.

The court sentenced the 4 minors to a total of 70 years in prison, but due to their age they were ultimately sentenced to a total of 46 years and 6 months.

The main perpetrator, the one who stabbed, Ergi Karaj , was sentenced to 27 years, but will serve 18 under the summary trial.

Meanwhile, today, Fatjon Bici's father declared that two of the co-authors in his son's murder have been released from prison and placed under "house arrest."

According to Fatjon Bici's father, this is the second murder committed against his son, this time by the state. He also shared the sad moments when he learned of the release of the perpetrators of his son's murder.

" I demand that despite the fact that criminals killed me on May 14, 2023, my son is now being killed for the second time by the state. I learned that the day before yesterday the criminals were released from prison and my son is rotting in the ground, where is the state, where is the prosecution, where is the court and all the institutions that make such gestures? Every office or every door I knock on is closed, going to court is canceled, wherever I appear there is only lies. This is the second murder for me, is there a state here? I was at work when I found out, I left work and found the bride at the police station and we asked. Yes, it is true, they told us, two of them have been released and are under house arrest and I was forced to come to you because I am not finding justice in any corner ," said Fatjon Bici's father.
