Jamabër Malltezi remains under "house arrest", GJKKO rejects

The Special Court rejected Jamarbër Malltez's request for revocation of the security measure.

Unlike former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Judge Flojera Davidhi did not accept Malltez's request to end the latter's "house arrest" security measure.

Malltezi has been under "house arrest" since November of last year by decision of Judge Ilirjana Olldashi, who overturned the first instance decision, releasing Sali Berisha's son-in-law from prison.

The latter was released on November 27 of this year, after 333 days of isolation in his apartment.
