The Special Prosecution has requested an 11-year prison sentence for Leonard Luzi and Muharrem Korovesh, who are suspected of being persons of interest in the murder of Ines Hajrulles and Ervis Matodashaj  in Vlora.

For the witness of justice  Amarildo Nikolli alias Xhenje, SPAK demands that he serve 2 years and 9 months in prison.

The latter received a reduced sentence due to his cooperation with the prosecution, while for Korovesh and Luzi the trial was conducted in a shortened procedure, which means that 1/3 of the sentence was reduced from the 11-year sentence.

The investigation of the special structure has proven with evidence that Leonard Luzi was financed by a still unidentified person to commit the murders of two citizens, Ervis Matodashaj and Inez Hajrulla, the cause of which is suspected to be clashes over gambling.
