Tried to kill a person, 41-year-old arrested after three years in Durrës!

A 41-year-old man from Shijak has been arrested by police after being wanted for attempted murder in 2023.

He was wanted because it is suspected that on 01.06.2023, in Shijak, he shot citizen A. Ç. with a firearm, for weak motives.

The Durrës court had imposed the security measure of arrest in prison on him for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder", attempted murder and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition".

Police announcement:

The security measure "Arrest in prison" is executed for 1 citizen suspected of attempted murder.

Specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Section of the Durrës Local Police Directorate executed the security measure "Arrest in prison", assigned by the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, with the decision dated 08.06.2023, for the criminal offenses "Intentional Murder", attempted and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition", for the citizen:

-EH, 41 years old, resident of Shijak.

This citizen was declared wanted after it is suspected that on 01.06.2023, in Shijak, he shot citizen A. Ç. with a firearm, for weak motives.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further action.
