 A 41-year-old Albanian man has been extradited from Spain to our country, after being declared an international wanted for attempted murder and possession of weapons without a permit.

A few days ago, the 41-year-old's brother, who was wanted internationally for the same criminal offenses, was also extradited.

The author MK was arrested by the police authorities in Spain after the Court of the Judicial District of Durrës, with the decision dated 22.09.2017, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Murder in qualifying circumstances", committed in cooperation, remaining on trial and "Unauthorized production and possession of military weapons and ammunition".

Citizen MK, in August 2017, in Shijak, Durrës, in cooperation with his brother, citizen EK, fired a firearm at the vehicle driven by citizen D. Gj.

It was handed over to the General Directorate of Prisons for further procedural actions.
