Shkodra has not found peace even at the beginning of this year, as several unidentified individuals opened fire on a vehicle in the Rus neighborhood. 

Media sources have reported that the vehicle is owned by citizen Elvis Hoxha. 

The car is a "Peugeot" and was parked at the moment when a person, who was riding a motorcycle with another person, fired 4 bullets at the vehicle.

Fortunately, there were no injuries from this incident, but only material damage. Police are at the scene and checkpoints have been set up with the aim of capturing the perpetrator and his accomplice.  

" At around 20:10, in the Partizani neighborhood, in Russian Square, a person driving a motorcycle without license plates fired a gun at a parked Peugeot vehicle, owned by citizen EH.

The shooting only caused material damage to citizen EH's vehicle, as well as minor damage to a vehicle parked near the Peugeot.

After receiving the notification, the Police services and the Investigation Group immediately went to the scene and are working to clarify the circumstances, identify and capture the perpetrator and the driver of the vehicle the perpetrator was driving.

Meanwhile, checkpoints have been set up and checks are being carried out in the area and various premises where it is suspected that the perpetrator and his accomplice, the driver of the vehicle , may be hiding," the police announced.
