A day after the Minister of the Interior declared in Parliament that they will ban the nitrogen balloon, the police arrested a 21-year-old man who was advertising the nitrogen balloon on social networks. 

It is about the 21-year-old identified as Arjan. T (otherwise known as the "Sheikh of Durrës") who advertised these dangerous health products on social networks in his tabakino and even called on young people to buy them.

The young man advertised the balloon on social networks. 

"Hello, how are you. Today I received a canister at the balloon. I will tag it there. It costs 90,000 lek, you can fill 45 balloons, it takes a lot of air. For all of you who wanted canisters, order them, it's better to buy the canister than how much do you buy 3 thousand lek a balloon. God protect you", he says. 

"He was selling smuggled canisters that are suspected to contain substances dangerous to health (nitrogen) and advertised them on social networks calling to buy them, in his tabakino, the 21-year-old was caught and put in handcuffs.      

Gas cylinders suspected of containing substances dangerous to health are seized.  

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the DVP Tirana, following the work to identify and attack all cases of illegality, after the publication of a video on social networks, in which a citizen was shown advertising canisters with substances dangerous to health (nitrogen), they immediately organized the work to capture it.   

Thanks to the quick investigative actions, the identification, capture and arrest of the AT citizen, 21 years old, resident in Tirana, was made.   

The 21-year-old traded in his tobacconist's shop, on "Tre Dëşmorët" street, smuggled canisters that are suspected of containing substances dangerous to health. As material evidence, the canisters that were found during the search in this tobacconist were seized.      

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further actions."
