"Sterilization", GJKKO seeks more serious charges for Beqaj, Rjepaj and Rrapaj: They are a structured criminal group

The preliminary hearing judge, Flojera Davidhi, asks SPAK to requalify the charges against former minister Ilir Beqaj, his former deputy Klodian Rjepaj, and businessman Ilir Rrapaj, accusing them of theft by abuse of office within the framework of a structured criminal group.

SPAK had sent the Sterilization file for trial, accusing Beqaj of abuse of office.

While against Rjepaj and Rrapaj, the file contained the charge of fraud with serious consequences in collaboration.
