SPAK seizes 6 files of construction permits 2020-2022 from the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office. There are strong suspicions of massive abuses and violations by Construction Commissions, abusing office by many officials but not only. We bring to your attention that a few days ago the Director of Urbanism in Elbasan also resigned. The reasons for this resignation are still unknown.

Earlier, the Prosecution of the Judicial District of Elbasan, has conducted several investigations where the arrest of three employees of the Urban Planning Office in this municipality was requested. Meanwhile, in recent months, illegal constructions in the municipality of Elbasan have led to the handcuffing of more than ten employees of this municipality.
