SPAK files a claim for Fatime Kryemadhi, Pirro Xhixho and Ema Çoku, here are the prison years the prosecution is seeking

The Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime has requested 7 years and 6 months in prison for Fatime Kryemadhi, a sentence that with the summary trial is reduced to 5 years in prison. The prosecution is requesting the suspension of the execution of the sentence and the placement on probation for 5 years.

For Pirro Xhixho, SPAK requested a sentence of 4 years in prison, which with a shortened trial is reduced to 3 years in prison. The prosecution requests the suspension of the execution of the sentence and his placement on probation for 4 years.

SPAK has also requested the confiscation of Fatime Kryemadhi's villa in the Kodra e Diellit area, considering it as property equivalent to that cleared from her.

For Ema Çoku, Spak requested 7 years in prison. Due to the shortened trial, 4 years and 8 months and ultimately, 5 years in Probation Service.
