A scandalous case of property alienation has been reported to the Prosecutor's Office of Saranda for several months. Former DP Gani Hoxha, turns out to have become the "legal" owner of a 636 m2 building and a 1000 m2 plot at the entrance to the city of Saranda, precisely the property registered in his name with number 27/528.

Up to this point everything seems normal, but in reality the land where this object is built is not only publicly known to be owned by the Sejko family from Saranda, but it is also registered in the Saranda Civil Registry Office.

The plot, in fact, has been leased for years to a hydrosanitary material sales company, while inside it there is also a 3-story building, which has already been mortgaged to the former MP G. H within the property of the Sejko family. A few months ago, the latter reported this unprecedented act to the Prosecutor's Office of Saranda.

It is about consecutive procedures carried out at the beginning of 2023 such as the issuance of a legalization permit and then equipment with a certificate of ownership, which in one case, according to confidential sources, were carried out in a record time, unlike other analogous cases.

Bw writes that criminal proceedings have been registered by the Prosecutor's Office, but the investigative actions in the direction of ASHK Saranda are still minimal, dragging out the investigation of this file.

The real estate registration institution tried to "cover up" the error by imposing a restriction measure on the property, but the entire practice, always according to sources, is located in the offices of the Prosecutor's Office, seized.
