The arrest for domestic violence of a 24-year-old man by the officers of Police Station no. 6 in Tirana revealed another scandal.

The police have suspicions that the young man arrested for the violence against his co-habitant had sexual relations with an 11-year-old minor girl.

Ramis Hysenji, who is a soldier by profession, made out with the 11-year-old girl, it is learned that the police also accompanied the minor girl and in the presence of the psychologist, she revealed the sexual harassment that was done to her by Hysenji a few months ago. The young man lived with a girl, whom he had raped, which is why he was initially imprisoned.

Two other women in the capital have been saved from violence by their husbands, the police announced that this Wednesday, in addition to the 24-year-old, they have also arrested a 63-year-old and a 30-year-old for domestic violence. 

In addition to the violence against the cohabitant, the 24-year-old arrested is also accused of having sexual relations with a minor.

The arrested are:

- IM, 63 years old, resident in Tirana, after having physically abused his wife;

- RH, 24 years old, a resident of Tirana, after having abused his co-habitant, as well as allegedly having sexual relations with an 11-year-old minor citizen; 

- EM, 30 years old, a resident of Tirana, after having abused his wife.
