This is the non-public kindergarten in a complex on Kavaja Street, where on January 12 of this year there were 5-6 unvaccinated children infected with measles.

Out of respect for the confidentiality of private business, we will not publish the name of the kindergarten, which has respected all procedures in accordance with public health rules to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, notifying the Tirana Public Health Directorate itself, from the moment the first two children were diagnosed with measles.

Immediately afterwards, epidemiologists from Tirana arrived at this kindergarten to investigate and isolate the cases, to break the chain of the spread of measles to other children attending this kindergarten and to continue the epidemiological investigation. Top Channel has learned that starting from January 12, 2026, in compliance with the procedures of the Directorate of Public Health, this kindergarten has been quarantined for 21 days. There is even a report for this, which is available to both the administrators of the kindergarten and the Directorate of Public Health.

The Institute of Public Health and the Ministry of Health must be held responsible for the records they have kept and are hiding by publicly denying it, while we take care of the veracity of the news.
