How the assassination of the Albanian happened in Italy, the body was found by the wife and son, the investigation tracks

Beni Arshiaj, 37 years old, was killed in a mafia manner on Sunday evening, in the province of Pisa. The young Albanian was in his van, where as yet unidentified perpetrators approached and fired a volley of bullets at him.

The well-thought-out attack proved fatal for the 37-year-old, as the "alarm" about the serious incident was raised by his neighbor who had heard the shots.

She notified the family about the shooting, and the dead body was found by the victim's wife and child. The victim was a father of two children.

How did the assassination happen?

The Italian media write that it is a literal assassination after two people on a motorcycle shot several times at him. 

The 37-year-old, who worked as a bricklayer, was getting out of his van after arriving at his apartment in Oratoio. At that moment, two people on a motorcycle stopped and pointed a gun at him, shooting him several times and one of the bullets hit him in the head. Witnesses have described the panic created and the screams of the victim's wife and son who saw the whole event with their own eyes.

" A volley of shots. "We thought they were fireworks ." - said some of the residents of the area who were celebrating in the city.

Five bullet casings were found at the scene, while the perpetrators fled. 

The prosecution has ordered that the body be transported to the hospital where an autopsy will be performed in the following hours.

The police have taken the victim's cell phone to find out if there may be data that helps to solve the incident. At this time, investigators are analyzing all security cameras in the area. No track is excluded
