The Guardia Di Financa operation took place in the Naples area, on the Santa Maria Capua Vetere highway .

From the inspection of the suspect vehicle, 10 packages of drugs for a total of 11,793 kg were discovered, hidden in the compartment at the back of the trunk and in the central dashboard of the vehicle.

The courier, caught in the act of committing a crime, was arrested for drug trafficking and sent to Naples - Poggioreale prison .

The narcotic, if released on the market, would have brought the criminal organizations an illegal profit of over one million euros.
