Emigrants were held hostage in Maliq

A serious event took place in the village of Bregas in Maliqi where 23 illegal immigrants fell victim to violence and were trapped in an apartment abandoned by three young Albanians.

The police informs that the young men raped and took the valuables from the immigrants. They then asked them for an amount of 10,000 euros to release them after they had trapped them in an abandoned building in the village.

The three young men were handcuffed by the police, who managed to discover the serious incident thanks to confidential information. Thus, 3 vehicles, 3 mobile devices, a metal stick, amount in Euros and Lek were also seized.

Police Notification:

DVP Korçë/The coded police operation "Midnight 21" is completed.

They transported for profit, 23 illegal immigrants who stole them by force and then kept them in an abandoned apartment, depriving you of your freedom in exchange for 10,000 euros, 3 citizens were caught and put in handcuffs.

During the pursuit, one of the arrested did not obey the order of the Police officers to stop, while the other had a metal stick in the vehicle.

3 vehicles, 3 mobile devices, metal stick, amount in Euro and Lek are seized.

The Illegal Traffic Investigation Specialists of DVP Korçë in cooperation with DVKM Korçë and the services of Maliq Police Station, under the guidance of the Prosecutor's Office, organized and finalized the coded police operation "Midnight 21". As a result of this operation, the following citizens were arrested in the act:

- Kristjano Ajasllari, 38 years old, resident of the village of Bregas, Maliq;

- Ardi Levendi, 24 years old, resident of Vlora;

- Esli Levendi, 23 years old, resident in Tirana.

Shërbimet e Policisë, në bazë të informacioneve të siguruara nga inteligjenca informative, se në fshatin Bregas, Maliq, disa shtetas po mbanin në një banesë të braktisur emigrantë të paligjshëm pa vullnetin e tyre, organizuan veprimet dhe bënë të mundur lokalizimin e banesës në këtë fshat. Gjatë kontrollit të ushtruar në këtë ambient u gjetën 23 emigrantë të paligjshëm.

Nga tërësia e veprimeve hetimore dhe provat e siguruara, rezultoi se tre shtetasit e mësipërm në bashkëpunim mes tyre kishin transportuar shtetasit e huaj me një automjet tip furgon dhe më pas i kishin fshehur ata tek banesa e braktisur, ku nëpërmjet kërcënimit ju kishin vjedhur celularët e tyre. Në këmbim të lirisë së tyre autorët ju kishin kërkuar emigrantëve 10.000 euro.

Falë ndërhyrjes së shpejtë të Policisë u bë e mundur kapja e shtetasve K. A. dhe A. L., të cilët u konstatuan në fshatin Bregas, me automjetin tip furgon me të cilin kishin transportuar 23 emigrantët me qëllim kalimin e paligjshëm të tyre drejt vendeve të BE-së. Shtetasi A. L., sapo ka konstatuar se ishte në ndjekje nga Policia, ka tentuar të largohet me shpejtësi duke mos iu bindur urdhrit të punonjësve të Policisë, për të ndaluar, por menjëherë është kapur dhe neutralizuar. Gjithashtu shërbimet e Policisë kapën edhe shtetasin E. L., i cili po lëvizte me një automjet tip "Audi", gjatë kontrollit të të cilit u gjet një shkop metalik i ngjashëm me atë të policisë.

Në kuadër të këtij operacioni në cilësinë e provës materiale u sekuestruan 3 automjete, 3 aparate celulare, 1 shkop metalik dhe sasi në lekë dhe euro.
