It was reported as a road accident, but the police managed to unravel the incident that happened yesterday on the Lezhë-Shënkoll axis, where a car collided with a motorcycle.

The investigation shows that the 25-year-old from Lezha hit his 32-year-old ex-brother-in-law several times with his car, who was driving a motorcycle.

The police say the incident happened because of marital conflicts between his sister and her ex-husband. Therefore, the 25-year-old man is wanted.

Police notification:

The incident that happened yesterday, initially reported as a road accident, in Shengjin, where a vehicle collided with a motorcycle, is clarified.

He tried to kill his sister's ex-husband, due to conflicts over the dissolution of the marriage, by hitting him several times with a motorcycle, the 25-year-old is wanted.

The vehicle and the motorcycle that were involved in this case are seized.

The day before yesterday, the Police was notified that there had been a road accident on the "Lezhë-Shëngjin" axis, in the place called "Kthesa e Knalla", where a vehicle had collided with a motorcycle and the driver of the vehicle had left the scene of the accident. The specialists of the Traffic Police immediately arrived at the scene and in cooperation with the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person of the Local Directorate of the Lezhë Police, they conducted in-depth investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of this event that was initially reported as an accident.

From the investigations so far, the AU citizen, 25 years old, a resident of Lezhë, was identified and declared wanted, after it turned out that he deliberately collided several times with a vehicle, the motorcycle driven by his sister's ex-husband, the MP citizen, 32 years old , a resident of Ishull-Shëngjin, due to conflicts over the dissolution of the marriage.

With the quality of material evidence, the vehicle and the motorcycle that were involved in this case were seized.

Intensive work continues for the capture of the 25-year-old.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions, for the criminal offense "Murder due to family relations", which remains pending.
