Rescue Skura and Albi Biçaku

New details have come to light from the event recorded yesterday evening in Librazhd, where 35-year-old Shpëtim Skura was wounded in the leg with a firearm.

The perpetrator was 27-year-old Albi Biçaku, known as a problem in the area, who fired a pistol from his car towards the cafe where Skura was sitting and then left.

Sources indicate that Bicak's intention was allegedly to attack the business, but one of the bullets hit Skura, who was a casual customer. 

The injured was at the table with his work friend and they had just returned from Durrës and were drinking evening coffee. At that moment, the author arrived in an "Audi" type car and shot once with a pistol, injuring the 35-year-old.
