According to the testimony of Bilbil Maja, provided by "Ora News", while they were standing in the bar talking to the company's engineer, the brothers Xelal and Flamur Raja entered, armed with a pistol-type weapon each, and approached the table.

At this moment, they told Bilbili: "...lie down on the floor..." and pointed the pistol at his stomach.

At this moment, Bilbil Maja noticed that four other people entered the bar, among whom he recognized the person who was known by the nickname "Caku" and who is the owner of the quarry, which is located in their area.

All four people had baseball bats in their hands, and with them they attacked Bilbil, hitting him in different parts of the body.

During the attack on him by them, he noted that Flamur Rraja also hit him with the bolt of the pistol he had in his hand, while Jelal Rraja hit him in the back of his hand with the pistol he had in his hand. the body.

Due to the violent attack and continuous blows, the citizen Bilibil Maja lost consciousness and was mentioned only when he was in the hospital, where he learned from the medical staff that he had a head fracture.

After a few minutes of violent attack, the aggressors, who have increased over time, left the injured lying and left with the means they came with.

The injured were transported to the hospital to receive the necessary medical assistance and Bilbil Maja is in a serious health situation.

During the incident in question, Flamur and Xelal Rraja used their weapons to hit but also pointed at the injured. Even Jashar Maja did not escape the attack of the persons in question.

The latter, like his cousin, was hit in different parts of the body. Due to the created concerns, they have been addressed to various institutions to intervene in their elimination, but such a solution has not been reached.

The event took place inside the premises of the bar named "FERGEN" which is owned by the citizen Fred Berdaku and the latter did not take any action to notify the police services to prevent it.
