Several areas of Tirana were left without electricity for about two hours this evening after a defect in the OST's 110kV line.
Power was restored after rapid interventions, while several institutions and critical areas were temporarily supplied by an alternative line called the "ring".
The outage caused delays in public activities, including the Dinamo-Vllaznia match, which started 40 minutes late.
