The show Stop addressed a property conflict in the village of Progonat in Tepelena and the illegal intervention of the police.

It is about an old house of the Daci family. Liljana Daci, one of the heirs, tells us the history of this property. In 1985, the Daci heirs, who were 8 members, left it to a lady, Aishe Daci, with whom they were distant cousins, for safekeeping and living, with the condition that this property would not be alienated. 

"This house was rebuilt in 1927 by our grandfather Neki Daci, it was also a house recorded by the popular council of the time as a house with a commemorative plaque because of its patriotic activities. I, Liljana, and my 7 brothers and sisters are descendants of the legal owner of this house in Progonat, Kurvelesh, Gusmar, Tepelen local administrative unit. We do not have any kind of contradiction or disagreement between us, we are in complete agreement and understanding regarding its ownership. Since this was an old house built in 1927 and damaged by the war partially burned, it was a 2-story house, there was a need to maintain it, to have it more as a relic of our family tradition, and the two brothers mine were also materially invested, both physically and spiritually to build it with our consent and they rebuilt it. In 2021, Aishe Daci passed away and after honoring the deceased, the latter's descendants refused to give the keys to the house to the legal heirs. The two parties turned to the court, which gave the right to 8 legal heirs.

"In 2021, the elderly lady passed away, leaving behind her 3 daughters, each settled in different apartments. Going for comfort, the girls offer us to take the keys. It is understood at the moment we could not take them because it was not the right moment and we left it for another period after 2-3 months. When we went there things started to change, the girls took the other position, no this is our house, we lived and such things. We addressed the court in December, in January the first session was held, which ended on April 13, 2022, with the definition of the benefit of the apartment and the corresponding land in our favor. Meanwhile, the other side lost the right to its claims as they did not have any kind of document and so that's where our paths parted. Their decision took the final form because of their non-sanction as people aware of their injustice. Since that moment we have not had any kind of contact. The surprise was because on August 18, we, the heirs of the legal owner, went and entered our apartment. The house was in the conditions of natural amortization, not spoiled by their interventions, of an amortization that no longer meets the standards of the time. That's why we went to see what we can restore or build there. On the veranda of the house was Mrs. Arta, one of the girls, together with her son-in-law and daughter and the other younger sister Veziko Daci. We tell you that we have come to our house. They tell us we understand now and give us some time to remove the furniture because it will be damaged. OK, we say, let them draw some, then they stopped it because in the meantime they contacted the police. So we realized it was a trap." Liljana Daci confesses.

With the court decision in hand, all 9 legal owners go to Progonat to reclaim the house. The other party had started to empty the apartment. But the police ordered by chief Armand Koni went to Progonat in the middle of the night and escorted 4 women of the family, in violation of the law.
