The eyewitness of the violence against Joy, the 22-year-old Kenyan who was found unconscious in Tirana, spoke about the show "Without a Trace". She said that she believed that the Kenyan citizen was raped by her compatriot friends with whom she shared the same room where she was staying in Tirana.

According to the eyewitness, everything happened during the early hours of the morning on August 14, when the 20-year-old Kenyan woman arrived in her room and fights were immediately heard between the people who were with her.

"She was accompanied, I think it was her social circle that did this. They had been staying in that hotel for at least three or four days and were making noise every night. I fell asleep at 4:30 because I heard noises and then a "boom" - said the witness.

She added that the body of the Kenyan woman had fallen in the yard of her apartment and had stayed there all night, until in the morning, the witness herself, had notified the ambulance.

"The girl stayed there all night, lying down. The light in the hotel room stayed on and as if nothing had happened they got up in the morning. I stayed silent and the next day I went out and called the ambulance. The body of that girl was taken out of the yard of my apartment. I thought she might have passed away, but when I saw her on TV I was shocked.

The ambulance came, they took him, then two policemen came. If I tell you one thing honestly, this fight happened between them and I'm afraid that I have to defend myself, that's why I took the initiative and wrote to him" - said the witness who preferred to remain anonymous.

However, the mother of the 22-year-old does not believe that her daughter's friends have a hand in this event and shared the details of why she does not believe that this hypothesis is true.

According to Joy's mother, her daughter was staying in the apartment with only one friend, Emily, and that night, when Joy entered the apartment, Emily went out, after they changed shifts at the casino where they worked and according to her 22- the year-old closed the door and was alone in the apartment.

Joy's mother told the investigative team to find out who the person is who called Joy, who then went downstairs and answered the door. According to her, the person who took her on the phone is the author of this serious incident.

"I don't believe it because Joy was at home only after changing shifts with her colleague. A person called Yoy and asked her to open the gate and this person may have thrown her from the window" - said the mother of the Kenyan woman has been in a serious condition in the Trauma Hospital for months.
