The video of a restaurant owner's fight in Saranda with several other people is true, but not the causes. They didn't get caught up on the expensive bill they didn't want customers to pay after consuming food. No, this is not the reason at all, but something completely different.

At least that's what it appears from the owner's police testimony, which Gazetasi.al is revealing exclusively.

The other party has not yet been questioned as, according to the police, it is not yet known who they are.

Testimony: It's not true that I threatened them about the bill, they wanted to steal customers

"...I was in the room cooking when two people came and asked for a room. To help them, I told you to sit down and drink something because I will take a friend and ask him if there are any rooms available.

After I talked with my friend who owns the T. restaurant near the Čuka canal, three people who I know as faces came there. They asked to take the two who were waiting for me to help them and wanted to take them to their entrance, but in the meantime I had spoken to my friend, who was coming to take them."

This is the beginning of the confession of the 48-year-old AC before the Saranda police.

"I told you to leave the bar because you are bothering my customers. They did not come out and started shouting. There comes another boy who started cursing. There was a knife on the table and in order to defend myself I took the knife in my hand and I said, are you going to leave the bar? Then they started pushing him out of the bar" - says the 48-year-old who is being investigated for several criminal offenses starting from threats, production and possession of cold weapons and concealment of income.

The accused told the police that "one of them grabbed a stone and wanted to hit me".

After this incident, also recorded on video by chance but which quickly went viral, the owner of the bar told the police that he left work and went to take a shower.

“Pasi bëra dush vajta në Fier tek njerëzit e mi se kisha një sebep familjar, por bashkëshortja më mori në telefon dhe më tha ka ardhur policia e po të kërkon. Erdha dhe u paraqita që t’ju them se çfarë ka ndodhur realisht”.

Policia thotë se nuk di kush janë “klientët” ose pala tjetër.

Sipas burimeve të sigurta të Gazetasi.al në policinë e Sarandës, nga hetimi i ngjarjes ka rezultuar se ajo ndodhi në katin e parë të një pallati gjashtë katësh, në restorantin F.

Policia i tha Gazetasi.al se bllokoi më së shumti një sërë faturash për kafe dhe pije freskuese.

“Në tavolinë gjendeshin asortimente gatimi, një thikë material inoksi me dorezë të zezë dhe pranë saj një tjetër thikë me teh të valëzuar me mbishkrime. Të dyja këto thika u sekuestruan si prova materiale” thotë burimi i policisë.

Mbasi ja ka zbrazur kuzhinën nga thikat,  policia thotë se është vënë në kërkim të shtetasve me të cilët u krijua konflikti që u faktua nga video që qarkulloi.

Policia ka kërkuar edhe ekspertim të thikave për të cilat i dyshuari A.C këmbëngul se i ka mjete pune dhe se nuk janë pa leje siç ai akuzohet.

Video u bë virale në fillim të muajit gusht me titull “sherr i turpshëm në Sarandë, zbulohet kush është pronari që tentoi të godasë klientët”.

Por policia thotë se po heton mundësinë e  krijimit të një skenari për të diskredituar biznesin e 48 vjeçarit, por kjo do të saktësohet mbasi të mblidhen të gjitha dëshmitë e personave që ndodheshin në restorant.

Një prej banorëve pranë restorantit,  megjithëse atë ditë nuk ishte në lagje dhe nuk e pa ngjarjen, i tha i tha Gazetasi.al  se A. C e kthen ndonjë gotë raki si të gjithë burrat.

"He is from another city and has been working in Saranda for years, I have not seen him open a problem" - declared to Gazetasi.al the Sarandian citizen who insists that such incidents destroy both business and tourism./ Gazetasi
