The border police of Vlora, while patrolling the beach of Dhërmi, found a boat type "Yaht" sailing in a limited area for the exercise of marine tourism activity, which posed a danger to vacationers.

After the finding, the Police services detained the driver and escorted him, along with the boat, to PKK Himare.

The authorities announce that the captain of the boat, citizen DJ, 46 years old, born and resident in Kotor, Montenegro, was punished with an administrative measure of 100,000 new lek, and his boat was blocked for 5 days.

Also, following the controls, 3 captains of raft-type vessels were fined administrative measures of 10,000 new lek each, one of them for lack of documentation (on board) and 2 for exceeding the capacity of persons allowed on board.
