Today, the Special Prosecutor's Office presented to the court the claim against the accused for the Elbasan incinerator .

The prosecution body has requested ten years in prison for Lefter Koka , Mirel Mërtir and Klodian Zoto , as well as 4 years of imprisonment for former deputy Alqi Blako .

After this decision, the journalist Adriatik Doçi reacted by means of a post on " Facebook ", he writes that it is not the claim of SPAK , but of the corruption duo Ilir Meta and Arben Ahmetaj .

Doçi writes that the court will only see the facts in relation to the criminal legislation, completely rejecting the claim as a witch hunt, intrigue and pressure of Monika Kryemadhi .
