SPAK requested 10 years in prison for Lefter Koka regarding the allegations regarding the Elbasan incinerator, lawyer Saimir Vishaj has described this as a scandalous and not at all legal action.

He said that this is four times the punishment compared to other similar cases of abuse of office, and that it is done for political reasons.

" The institutions that were part of the commission and compiled the draft, for me it is scandalous, double standard. For abuse of duty in other cases they did not ask for a year.

This is done for political and not at all legal issues, so it has quadrupled the punishment measures. I hope that the court of first instance does not fall to this level, you cannot cut the masses with a knife as to who is guilty and who has a secondary role ", he said.
