He had been abusing the minor for four years, the police provide information about the serious incident in Maliq

Maliqi police have provided information on the serious incident reported earlier in the media, where a 43-year-old man was reported for abusing a minor girl.

According to the complaint, he had been abusing the girl, who is now 16 years old, for about 4 years.

The police say the 43-year-old man with the initials E.Sh has already been declared wanted.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Malik Police Station, as a result of the investigative actions carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Korça General Jurisdiction, declared the citizen wanted:

E. Sh., 43 years old, resident of the village of Barç, Korçë, suspected of the criminal offense "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" (allegedly having sexual relations with a 16-year-old minor citizen)

Procedural actions with the minor were carried out in the presence of the psychologist, the parent and the legal representative.

At the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue for the complete documentation of this case and for the capture of the suspected author.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
