Police CONFIRM VoxNews news: Durrës Municipality employee found dead in the

Durrës Police have confirmed VoxNews ' news regarding the death of a person as a result of bad weather.

According to the official announcement, after intensive searches conducted by the Police services and RENEA rescuers, the lifeless body of Astrit Hishenai , 54 years old, who had left the apartment, was found.

Journalist Robert Hasa reported that  Astrit Hishenai  was an employee of the municipal enterprise.

The body was found in a drainage canal, near the former Military Department.

Initially, authorities suspect that the 54-year-old was swept away by the current, as a result of the conditions in the area.

An investigative group is at the scene, which, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify and fully document the circumstances of this case.

Investigations continue, while forensic expertise is awaited to determine the exact cause of death.

Police announcement:

Following the information provided a little while ago, regarding the removal from the apartment of citizen AH, 54 years old, we inform that after searches conducted by the Police services and the Renea police, the lifeless body of the 54-year-old was found in a drainage canal near the former Military Department.

It is initially suspected that citizen AH was taken by the water flow.

The investigation team is at the scene and is working under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office to clarify and document the circumstances of the case.
