A few hours after the gunshot wound that occurred in the village of Llakatund in Vlora, the dynamics of the event have been revealed.

The author of this event is a 20-year-old man from Llakatundi who had a conflict with a 19-year-old man.

The police have identified the perpetrator and are in pursuit of him. There was information about the whereabouts of the person in question and certain areas were searched.

The police classify the incident as a momentary conflict for trivial reasons.

But how did the event happen?

Sebastian Jallaj, a resident of Fier, went to Llakatund where he has relatives and is a grandson there. He often went to the village in Llakatund and is remembered as a boy who teases with words and jokes excessively, sometimes excessively. He first sat down in the village bar from where he initially left with the perpetrator of the attack. He may have had an indication from the debate even before.

After the verbal argument, the author went home where he took the pistol type weapon. When Sebastian Jallaj was coming down from the bar, he shot him in the leg with a pistol once and then left. There was no intention to kill him, just to harm him. He left for a few meters on foot and then it is thought that he left in a vehicle. The event may have been filmed by the security cameras of a nearby business as the bar where the conflict occurred did not have security cameras.

He was not too careful not to show the image because he knew he would be identified. It is thought that the author is still hiding in Vlora in villages or deep areas of the city. Meanwhile, Jallaj was transported to the hospital in a random car after he sought help after being injured in a nearby bar. He is out of danger for life. Jallaj has identified the perpetrator before the officers and the blue forces have started the search.

About 15 people were questioned and escorted to the police station for the incident, among them the person who sent him to the hospital, family members of the author, eyewitnesses, family members of Sebastjan. Eyewitnesses have shown the event, data on the perpetrator, and the way they saw the perpetrator leave without giving any helpful details important for his capture.

The author's family members at the police station stated that the boy has left and they do not know where he is, while Sebastian's family members were not aware that their son had previous conflicts. The police have seized the security cameras and believe that they will soon catch the author of the event in question.
