"Cheti" board sets new prices for oil and gasoline

The decisions of the Transparency Board on October 12, 2022 have price changes from the one determined in the last meeting.

Referring to the data related to the Platts stock exchange dated 11.10.2022, we have a reduction in the price from that determined in the last meeting dated 07.10.2022, specifically it results that the price (FOB/MED $ Ton) of Gasoline has decreased by 866 (- 30 from 06.10. 2022), $/Ton, while the price of Gasoil/Diesel has decreased to 1109 (- 53 from 06.10.2022) $/Ton. The BSH exchange rate has undergone a slight increase to 120.64 ( + 1.73 from 06.10.2022.
As a result, the established prices are:
The retail price of the gasoil by-product of the SSH EN 590 standard should not be more than 240 ALL /liter, while the wholesale price is not more than 228 ALL/liter.
The retail price of the SSH EN standard gasoline by-product is not more than 203 ALL/liter, while the wholesale price is not more than 191 ALL / liter.
The retail price of the gas by-product should be 78 ALL/liter retail and 66 ALL/liter wholesale for vehicles.

SALE PRICE OF GASOIL/NAFTWS FOR FISHING The sale price of diesel for fishing, referred to Law 9975, "Pwr national taxes", in article Article 9 and 10, exempts from payment of national taxes and excise duty kwtw sector.
Referring to the methodology defined in the normative act, the sale price of diesel for fishing results:
Majority = 146 ALL/liter
Minority 158 ALL/liter
The prices set by the Board will come into force today, October 12, September 18.00 and will be valid until the next board meeting where the changes in sales prices will be reflected.
The transparency board since its creation has strictly followed in its decisions the movement of the Platts Mediterranean exchange for diesel, gasoline, as well as the official invoices of the operators.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy feels obliged to clarify the public opinion that not every movement of the crude oil exchange is reflected at the same time and to the same extent in the diesel and gasoline exchange.
