Arben Lamçja has been arrested in Kosovo, part of the latest SPAK arrest warrant that hit the Çopja brothers group in Elbasan.
The Albanian police provided the information about his location and then sent it to the Kosovo police.
The arrest of Lamçe was made with the purpose of extradition to Albania, where he will be introduced to the security measures.
Another person was arrested together with him in the "Emshir" neighborhood of Pristina.
Operation "Golden Bullet 2" disclosed three murders with 6 victims, which occurred in Albania in 2021.
At the head of the dismantled criminal group were the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, who are outside and are being sought.
