Former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rrjepaj was summoned today to the Special Prosecutor's Office where he will be questioned about the sterilization concession. This is the second time that Rrjepaj has been called to SPAK for this file.

He is considered by SPAK as the key person for this file, as he was the chairman of the concession commission and the main person who signed for this concession.

From the investigations carried out so far, it appears that this concession was given in violation of the law and it is also about other serious violations. This concession was acquired by the concessionaire company whose administrator is a businessman who, according to media reports, has strong and close ties with the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqja

In this case, SPAK prosecutors have questioned not only members of the staff at QSUT, but also members of the concession commission.
