The session at GJKKO on the security measures against former president Ilir Meta and the former head of the LSI, Monika Kryemadhi, has ended.

 The jury has now withdrawn to take the decision for Meta, Kryemadhi and Pirro Xixhon and Ema Çoku, included in the same file for corruption, concealment of wealth and money laundering.

The session started today around 09:10, but was postponed for a few hours after Meta's clashes with the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, who was inside the courtroom.

Meta, it was reported that he had insulted Duman by calling him "dog" and "dumduman", as he threatened him by saying "I will have an earring in my ear for what you did to me".

The session resumed around 13:00, where all the defendants were present.

Kryemadhi was seen in the premises outside the courtroom, awaiting the measure against her. Currently, she is under "obligation to appear", just like Pirro Xixho and her friend Ema Çoku.

While Meta has been in custody during this time.

They are accused of the CEZ-DIA corruption scandal, the hiding of irrigation money in the USA, as well as several tens of payments and expenses in thousands of euros, undeclared.
