Since the arrival of the Iranian mujahdins in our country, relations between Iran and Albania have not been the best.
Their shelter in Albania had turned into an obstacle for the Iranian regime, which had planned the killing of dissidents in Iraq.
Thus our country turned into one of the main targets of the regime and the revenge was not long in coming.
Just a few weeks ago, Iranian hackers attacked Albanian government websites, which took the diplomatic relationship between the two countries from "cooling" to "freezing".
The government decided the immediate termination of diplomatic relations between the two countries, as well as the expulsion of all Iranian embassy staff from our country.
Since then MEK members in Manza have been in isolation. It is learned that this is a measure taken by the Mujahideen themselves, who are afraid of an attack by the Iranian regime.
We recall that in July, on the recommendation of the Embassy of the United States of America in Tirana and the Albanian government due to the risk of a possible threat, the world summit of Free Iran that was to be held in Manza was postponed indefinitely of Durrës.
