The GJKKO dismisses the case against the mayor of Libohova, Leonard Hide, who was suspected by SPAK of having committed "abuse of duty" related to the cultivation of cannabis plots, at the time when he was the head of crimes in the Gjirokastra police.

The cannabis parcels for which Hide and other local police officers were accused were discovered during an operation by the Internal Affairs and Complaints Service of the Gjirokastra Prosecution Office.
