A serious incident occurred yesterday evening in the Skela area of Vlora, on the premises of a well-known hotel, where a waiter was brutally attacked during working hours, in the presence of local and foreign customers. 

According to Blu TV in Vlora, which has also published the footage, the perpetrators are suspected to be Ardian Isufi, the former head of Vlora's traffic department, currently serving as a police officer in the city of Dibra, along with Leart Bimon, a person with a previous criminal record.

They exercised physical and verbal violence against a young waiter, just because he had brought one more bottle of water to the table than the order.

According to witnesses, Isufi was seen approaching the waiter in a threatening manner, making physical contact, and then Leart Bimo physically attacked him several times, seriously endangering the young man's health and life.

The violence was committed in the presence of customers who, horrified by the scene, immediately left, leaving the bar empty.
